dametheadeehas anyone read "Estrella War Principal Kingdom Benefits and Responsibilities".?

Date: 2008-07-10 05:37 am (UTC)Each Principal Kingdom is encouraged to make all reasonable efforts to maintain a participation level and volunteer hours that maintains and increases the success and enjoyment of Estrella War (statistics for Principal Kingdom participation levels at the most recent years can be requested from the Kingdom of Atenveldt).
I don't think we've ever had an issue achieving this, although our participation in volunteer hours tends to heavily outweigh other things.

Ya bring the people who get shit done and in my opinion that's more important.
Artemisia is one of the OMG volunteer peep providers... as in folks who don't just show up and fill holes in schedules - but peeps who get in on planning and organizing and such...
I don't suppose ya all know or have found a way to figure out how many of your peeps showed up at things non-heavy combat and still considered fighting... like target archery?

If Artemisia ever no-showed an Estrella, I think it would fall apart. Seriously. We do water bearing. We do marshalling. We do graveyard security. We do troll. We do heralds' point. We do daytime security. ....You get the point. XD
I'm not sure if anyone's ever done that; if not, it would certainly be worth investigating.
