The scale said 331.7lbs this morning. 
Even if you round it up to 332, that means I BROKE THE 50 POUND BARRIER!!!

I am so so so excited!!!


And that is 7 pounds since last week.  I am wondering if I should be concerned.

Congrats! That's FANTASTIC!!

Seven pounds in a week is a bit much, unless you can explain it, like you see that you really worked like hell in the gym every day, and missed a bunch of calories, which add up to a big calorie deficit for the week. Dropping weight too fast can be problematic, in that it can really screw up your systems. [livejournal.com profile] lifeofglamour ended up having her gall-bladder removed after her first big cycle of weight loss. She dropped about 100 lbs in six months, and then started having real medical trouble. Slow and steady wins this race.

She started about where you did, and is now maintaining in the 175-189 band, and has been for the past several years. She's also helping me maintain my 65+ lb loss. If I can do it, I'm sure you can too, since I'm about the laziest person I know. :-)

I have had a really bad head cold, and that has probably contributed to the higher weight loss this week. I am tracking my food intake using weight watchers online and did not use all my points this week. I am seeing my doc at least once per month to monitor this weight loss, and my doc is helping me make sure I am physically healthy during this process. Thanks for the vote of confidence and the input!

And since you are getting better, dont be suprised when a pound or two gets put back on... Its Water weight, and will come off again really easy...
