I weighed in at 339 pounds. I would love to be under 300 lbs. by April. There it is - I have stated my goal.
And I actually feel like I am eating more while I follow the Weight Watchers plan than I did without it, but I am still losing and that is OK.

Date: 2009-01-23 09:52 pm (UTC)One thing I loved about WW is I could get Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones frozen meals for lunch and I was golden. Easy peasy. I'd usually add an apple and string cheese to the mix, and snack on carrots and celery throughout the day as well. Damn... I was always eating on that plan.
