dametheadee... given up on some of my dreams. But I have been inspired by some people, some of whom I know well, and others whom I am just getting to know, not to give up on my dreams and visions of how things *can* be.
As I was reminded by one of these amazing souls - if I give up on my visions when I believe they are good and worthwhile, what kind of a message does that send to me, and more importantly, what kind of message does that send to the world? It is letting the negative win, and I am not willing to do that.
I hope that anyone else who has thought of giving up on what they believe in will stay strong and hold on to what they believe. As I have been reminded recently, you never know whose lives you will touch by your deeds and your words.
